Right of withdrawal and returns

You have the right to your order until 14 days after receipt to cancel, without having to say why. After that notification, you have another 14 days to return the part.

This is how it works

1. Register your return. Email info@burgonderdelen.nl or call us, including your order number. You may also use the model form at the bottom of our general terms and conditions use, but you don't have to.
2. Return the part. Within 14 days of your report, with all accessories and, if possible, in the original packaging. Keep your proof of shipment.
3. You will get your money back. Within 14 days of your report, in the same way you paid. We may wait until we receive the part back or until you have proven that you sent it.

What do you get in return

You will receive the full order amount back, including the shipping costs for the outbound shipment. If you chose a more expensive shipping method than our standard method when ordering, we will refund the amount of the standard method. If you return only part of your order, the shipping costs for the part you keep will remain unchanged.

Return shipping costs

The costs of returning the part to us are at your expense. For a standard package, this is around €7.00; for large parts such as bumpers, hoods, and fenders, these costs are significantly higher. Check your carrier's website for the exact rates.

How to handle the part

You may unpack and inspect the part as you would in a store: to see what it is and whether it works. If you go beyond that, you are liable for the resulting decrease in value.

When the right of withdrawal does not apply

Custom work and spray painting

Parts that are custom-made according to your specifications or painted in your color are not covered by the right of withdrawal. That sale is final after successful payment.

Sealed products

Some products are delivered sealed for reasons of hygiene or safety. As long as the seal remains intact, you can simply exercise your right of withdrawal. If the seal is broken, the product can no longer be returned.

Business orders

If you order as a company, the right of withdrawal does not apply. A business order is final after placement, unless we agree otherwise. Please feel free to contact us, and we will see what is possible.

Register return

Do not return anything without notifying us first; this way, we know your package is on its way and processing will be faster.
